The Ultimate Bed Rail & Tray makes movement in and out of the bed easy by offering a means to maintain balance while rising to a standing position, or lowering to a sitting position. The base fits between the mattress and box springs. There is no assembly required; it pops out of box ready to be placed on the Bed. This bed Rail Pivots out of the users way, and has a convenient bedside tray that can be pivoted toward or away from the bed.
